What we collect
The content you type into a document, the email address you give at checkout, your approximate country (derived from your IP address to select language and currency), and a payment reference returned by the payment provider.
Why
To generate your document, to show the site in a sensible language and currency, to process your payment, and to send you the receipt and download link.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not store card numbers — PayPal and NOWPayments handle payment data on their own systems.
Retention
Paid documents are kept so that your download link keeps working. Unpaid drafts are deleted after 90 days of inactivity. You can ask us to erase a document at any time.
Cookies
We set a cookie to remember your language and region, a session cookie, and a per-document cookie that lets you return to your own draft. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and to object to its processing. Write to support@procontract.net and we will respond.
International transfers
Payment providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards. Their privacy policies apply to that processing.
