Why refunds are limited
The entire document — every clause, in full — can be read on screen before you pay anything. The purchase unlocks a file you have already inspected, which is why this service does not offer refunds on a change of mind once payment is confirmed.
When you are entitled to a refund
If the download fails for a technical reason on our side, if the PDF is corrupted, or if you were charged more than once for the same document, write to support@procontract.net with your reference code and we will refund the payment in full.
How long it takes
We confirm eligible refunds within 2 business days. The money is returned to the original payment method — PayPal refunds typically appear within a few days; cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same currency at the rate in effect on the day of the refund.
What is not covered
Dissatisfaction with content you generated yourself, a change of business plans, or a jurisdiction the templates do not suit are not grounds for a refund, since the document was fully readable before purchase.
