1. What this service does
Pro Contract generates contract and commercial proposal documents from information you enter. The documents are templates completed with your data. Pro Contract is not a law firm, does not practise law, and does not provide legal advice or representation.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter and for deciding whether the resulting document suits your situation. For agreements of significant value, or in a regulated area, have a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction review the document before it is signed.
3. Payment
Each document is charged as a one-off fee, shown before you confirm. Brazilian customers are charged in Brazilian reais; other customers in euros, unless a different local currency is displayed. Payment is processed by PayPal or NOWPayments; we never receive or store your card details.
4. Refunds
Because the entire document can be read before payment, the purchase gives access to a file you have already inspected. If the download fails for a technical reason on our side, contact support@procontract.net and we will restore access or refund the payment.
5. Access to your document
There are no user accounts. Your document is reachable through a private link stored in your browser. If you lose that link and have no other copy, we may not be able to recover the document.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to produce documents for unlawful purposes, to impersonate another person or entity, or to infringe anyone's rights.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a document is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase.
